This machine is used for high speed nylon stretch yarn machine guide plate structure, the nylon(POY). The wire disc structure can reduce energy consumption, improve silk quality and stability of production, reduce the loss of machine spare parts. It is ideal equipment for processing high-end nylon DTY.
Feature
1. Godet structure, D1/D2 adopt godet structure ,W3 adopt roller. Every godet have independent motor, it is ideal to hold the yarn when spinning.
2. Two sides of this machine are relatively independent. Directed transmission instead of timing belt transmission. Different types and denier texturing yarn can be processed at the same time.
3. It uses single spindle controlling yarn feeding device and automatic detecting stop device
4. Double D2 godet structure, improve the quality of low stretch polyester intermingle yarn
5. Low power consumption twister, make the S and Z conversion more easy.
6. Pneumatic wear silk device make it more easy
7. Three rollers oiling system assures uniformity oiling
8. The deforming heater and setting heater adopt no touch biphenyl air heating, the computer controls the heating and temperature control. The precision of temperature control is ±1°C, assure every spindle's temperature to be same. This is beneficial for even dying.
9. It uses air draft type cooling rail
10. Spandex feeding device, thermal pounds, additional D1 .2 godet, online tension device etc. are optional.
11. The machine has the features of simple structure, reliable transmission ratio, low noise level and easy technological adjustment.
12. The Advanced designed electrical control system makes the operation simple, running relia ble, Man-machine interaction can be realized by touching screen
13. It has a fume exhaust system on both side, it can eject the fume in producing.
Technology requirement
1.The ground base should be poured by concrete. The thickness should be more than 20cm.
2.The height deviation of longitudinal ground should be less than 1 5mm, the cross should be less than 8mm. The head is higher than tail.
