This machine is used to make the nylon fiber to be low and middle stretch fiber, and make the spandex and nylon covering together, if equipped with intermingle nozzle, this machine can make intermingle fiber also.
Feature
1. Two sides of this machine are relatively independent. The technology can be set separately. Different types and denier texturing yarn can be processed at the same time.
2. Two W2 roller structure, improve the yarn quality of nylon and spandex covering
3. Three way oiling, adopts stainless steel oil roller.
4. The deforming heater and setting heater adopt no touch biphenyl air heating, the computer controls the heating and temperature control. The precision of temperature controlis ±1 °C, assure every spindle's temperature to be same. This is beneficial for even dying.
5. Electronic twister, online tension system, additional W1 ,2 roller is optional
6. The advanced designed electrical control system makes the operation simple, running reliable, man-machine interaction can be realized by touching screen
7. It has a fume exhaust system on both side, it can eject the fume in producing .
8. Air suction cooling rail, have independent cooling rail air suction device, can separate stop
9. Spandex feeding is active involution equipment. Every spandex feeding has an independent motor, also have the stopping equipment which is linkaged with spandex yarn-guiding and cutting
10. The machine has the features of simple structure, reliable transmission ratio, low noise level and easy technological adjustment.
Technology requirement
1.The ground base should be poured by concrete. The thickness should be more than 20cm.
2.The height deviation of longitudinal ground should be less than 1 5mm, the cross should be less than 8mm. The head is higher than tail.
