Use

The machine adopt double W2 roller strcture high-speed polyetser draw texturing with spandex air coverd integreted machine, this machine make the polyester fiber (POY) to high stretch fiber (DTY) through heating, then with spandex air covered. Integreted design can reduce the energy consumption and improving the quality of the silk production stability and reduce the losses of the machine spare parts. It is the ideal equipment for polyester and spandex air covered yarn and polyester yarn.

Technology requirement

1.The ground base should be poured by concrete. The thickness should be more than 20cm.
2.The height deviation of longitudinal ground should be less than 1 5mm, the cross should be less than 8mm. The head is higher than tail.
