This machine is used double twister high speed draw-texturing machine, it is new, high speed, high efficient long yarn processing equipment. It mainly used to make the polyester fiber (POY) through heating, transhape low and middle stretch fiber (DTY) through twister, make‘S' and‘Z'. In the condition of same speed, the output of this machine is doubled compare with the single twister.
Feature
1. It can plying the twist S and Z twist.
2. Controlled by single spindle driving device, so no need of timing belt driving twister. Twister spindle group allowed higher twist speed, the max. can be 20000rpm. Because of remove the slipping phenomenon between timing belt and twister spindle group, makes the less shocking and higher speed accuracy speed.
3. The deforming heater adopts double thread route biphenyl air heating, the setting heater adopts no touch biphenyl air heating, the computer controls the heating and temperature control. The precision of temperature control is ±10℃, assure every spindle's temperature to be same. This is beneficial for even dying.
4. The machine has the features of simple structure, reliable transmission ratio, low noise level and easy technological adjustment
5. The advanced designed electrical control system makes the operation simple, running reliable, Man-machine interaction can be realized by touching screen.
6. The involution processor system is composed of the electronic control and the involution disposal procedure, make the silk has good fold and hard against when involution, enables the silk to have good high speed draws back performance.
7. It has a fog exit system on both side, it can eject the fog in producing.
