YJ-10VF-E12 is a new , fast and efficient long yarn processing equipment with godet feed device with four ways winding form.It is mainly used for polyester POY (POY) through heating, transhape low and middle stretch fiber (DTY) and reduce the losses of the machine spare parts. It is the ideal equipment for processing high-end polyester.
1. Main transmission is directly transmission , without timing belt.
2. The area covered will be saved about 12-14% compared with three ways rolling up when the number of spindles is the same. Energy saving is about 8-10%.
3. Two sides of this machine are relatively independent.The technology can be set separately. Different types and denier texturing yarn can be processes at the same time.
4. The deforming heater and setting heater adopt no touch bipheny| air heating , the computer controls the heating and temperature control.The precision of temperature controlis < ±2°C , assure every spindles temperature to be same. This is beneficial for even dying.

7. It has a fog exit system on both side, it can eject the fog in producing.
8. It can be equipped with FDY feeding, spandex feeding, hot ingot and other auxiliary devices.
9. There are two structures with single W2 roller and double W2 roller.
10. Godet structure : it adopts godet structure in D1/D2,roller structure in W3 , Each godet has an independent transmission motor.
11. Double D2 godet structure , improve the quality of low stretch polyester intermingle yarn.
12. air threading is optional , its easy to operation , reduce the intensity of operation labor , insure to keep every yarn the status consistent.
