1.The first heater of Model YJ850MSSK texturing machine is biphenyl air heating.And its also the open double yarn heater,reduce labor intensity and improve production efficiency;On the other hand,the heater is designed energy saving type to make cost of per ton production .ower
2.It adopts the twister which is flexible and reliable,the speed can reach 14400rpm,and can choose 6mm and 9mm two type of friction disk,is suitable for different type of fiber.
3.The diameter of twister disk is 52mm(formerly 48mm), The greater the direct friction, the greater the friction,its better than model YJ800DS when producing the coarse yarn.
4. The twister adopts up and down independent structure,this model can adjust the D/Y of the two single yarns.
5.It adopts revolving double-ways structure for creel,The installation space of the machine is saved.Three row fixation creel is optional,it will be easy to operate and reduce labor intensity.
6.lt adopts model YJ1000 take-up,It not only ensures the large tension and large take-up, but also ensures the good forming of the yarn when it is wound.
7.Take-up system is installed in the main frame ,After canceling the tread on the operation channel of the creel model YJ800DS, the yarn dropping car can be easily pushed to the position of yarn dropping on the middle channel, and the coiled yarn can be easily removed and put on the car.
