1. Multi‑functional: The YJ900DDL model is designed to meet market demands. This machine can not only spin conventional polyester and nylon elastic yarns, but also directly air‑wrap polyester and nylon elastic yarns with spandex to produce elastic covered yarns, achieving a multi‑purpose functionality in a single machine.

2. Space‑saving and labor‑efficient: By fully utilizing the underutilized space on top of the factory building, we can add extra spindles to the machines while also reducing the number of operators required. As a result, while the design of the YJ900DDL has led to a significant increase in production costs, the cost associated with the factory’s land footprint for machine installation has also risen substantially.

3. High-Speed Unwinding: The winding system employs the process data model algorithm used in the YJ1000 large machine, combined with the company’s many years of in-depth understanding of small false twist texturing machine processes and taking into account the usage habits of small FTT machine customers, resulting in an optimized design. It can ensure smooth, unimpeded unwinding even at high speeds.

4. High Output: The winding spool housing and forming components utilize the exact same parts as the YJ1000, ensuring a designed winding speed of 680 meters per minute, with process speeds ranging around 500–640 meters per minute. Depending on variations in raw material thickness and specifications, as well as differences between white filaments and colored filaments, the machine’s long‑term stability and component service life are fully guaranteed.

5. Precision Winding: The aluminum alloy bobbin holder utilizes the exact same components as the YJ1000 model, ensuring high rigidity at higher speeds and ultimately guaranteeing precise formation of large winding bobbins.

6. Human–Machine Interface: The electrical system employs AC asynchronous motor variable-frequency drive speed control technology, with the entire machine driven by a closed-loop traction system featuring speed feedback. Touchscreen operation further simplifies the setting of process parameters.

7. Direct Drive: The W1 roller, the black roller, and the grooved cylinder all utilize direct drive instead of traditional synchronous belt drive, reducing noise and minimizing wear on vulnerable transmission components.

8. Convenient Operation: Drawing creatively on the structure of high‑end, fully automatic foot pedals used abroad, this design adopts a fixed‑style mechanism in place of the traditional flip‑open design found in conventional small elastic yarn machines. This not only reduces the physical workload of operators and shortens auxiliary time for thread suction, but also boosts production output.

9. Dust-Proof Oil Tank: The oil tank, equipped with a dust-proof cover, is installed at the footrest, effectively preventing dust and other contaminants from falling into the oil tank and contaminating the lubricant.
