Performance: The YJ900DD model is designed to meet market demands. This machine can not only spin conventional polyester and nylon elastic filaments, but also directly air‑wrap polyester, nylon elastic filaments, and spandex to produce elastic covered yarn, achieving the functionality of a multi‑purpose machine.
1. Provincial and Local Level: Breaking away from the traditional three‑layer winding design for false twisting, we adopted an innovative four‑layer winding design that maximizes upward space utilization while reducing the footprint of each individual machine. This not only helps textile (false twisting) plants save on rental costs but also allows them to make full use of underutilized space above the factory floor to add extra spindles to their machines—and even reduce the number of operators required. As a result, while the YJ900DD design has led to a significant increase in production costs, the cost associated with installing the machinery and occupying factory space has also risen substantially.
2. High Yield, Labor-Saving: A single machine can accommodate up to 448 spindles, an increase of approximately 50% compared to the standard 312 spindles. This means a single machine can produce about 50% more DTY filament, resulting in higher output while reducing labor requirements.
3. High-Speed Winding: The winding spool housing and forming components utilize the exact same parts as the YJ1000, ensuring a designed mechanical winding speed of 680 m/min, with process speeds typically ranging from approximately 500 to 640 m/min. Depending on variations in raw material thickness and specifications, as well as differences between white filaments and colored filaments, the machine’s long-term stability and component service life are fully guaranteed.
4. High-Speed Unwinding: The winding system employs the process data model algorithm of the YJ1000 large machine, combined with the company’s many years of in-depth understanding of small false twist texturing machine processes and taking into account the usage habits of small FTT machine customers, resulting in an optimized design. It can ensure smooth, unimpeded unwinding even at high speeds.
5. Precision Winding: The aluminum alloy bobbin holder utilizes the exact same components as the YJ1000 model, ensuring high rigidity at higher speeds and ultimately guaranteeing precise formation of large winding bobbins.
6. Human–Machine Interface: The electrical system employs AC asynchronous motor variable frequency drive speed control or regulation technology, and the entire machine’s drive utilizes speed feedback closed-loop traction. Touchscreen operation technology further simplifies the setting of process parameters.
7. Direct Drive: The W1 roller, the black roller, and the grooved cylinder all utilize direct drive instead of traditional synchronous belt drive, which reduces noise and minimizes wear on vulnerable transmission components.
8. Convenient Operation: Drawing creatively on the structure of high‑end, fully automatic foot pedals used abroad, this design adopts a fixed‑style mechanism in place of the traditional flip‑open design found in conventional small elastic yarn machines. This not only reduces the physical workload of operators and shortens auxiliary time for thread suction, but also boosts production output.
9. Dust-Proof Oil Tank: The oil tank, equipped with a dust-proof cover, is installed at the footrest, effectively preventing dust and other contaminants from falling into the oil tank and contaminating the lubricant.
