    Performance and Features

    1. Versatility: The YJ900L model is designed in response to market demand. It can not only spin conventional polyester and nylon spandex filaments, but also directly perform air covering of polyester and nylon spandex filaments with spandex to produce elastic covered yarn, thereby achieving multi-functionality in a single machine.

    2. The No. 1 and No. 2 rollers adopt a guide-wire box structure, effectively preventing wire jamming.

    3. Space and labor savings: By fully utilizing the underused space on top of the factory building to add extra spindle positions for the machinery, the number of operators can also be reduced; however, this design of the YJ900L has led to a significant increase in production costs. Moreover, the land area required for installing the equipment in the factory has also risen substantially.

    4. Direct Drive: The W1 roller, black roller, and groove cylinder all utilize direct drive instead of the conventional synchronous belt drive, resulting in reduced noise and lower wear on the transmission components’ consumables.

    5. Convenient Operation: Drawing creatively on the design of high-end, fully automatic foot-operated control panels used overseas, this machine adopts a fixed-type mechanism instead of the conventional flip-top design of small elastic-feeding units. This not only reduces the physical workload of operators and shortens the auxiliary time required for yarn suction, but also increases production output.

    6. Dust-Proof Oil Reservoir: A dust-proof, covered oil reservoir is installed at the foot pedal area, effectively preventing dust and other contaminants from entering the reservoir and contaminating the lubricant.

    7. High-Speed Unwinding: The winding system is designed and optimized based on the process data model and algorithms of the YJ1000 large-scale machine, combined with the company’s many years of in-depth expertise in small draw-texturing machine processes and taking into account the operational habits of small draw-texturing machine customers. It ensures smooth, unimpeded unwinding at high speeds.

    8. High Production Capacity: The winding spool housing and forming components are identical to those used in the YJ1000, ensuring a designed winding speed of 680 meters per minute and an operational range of approximately 500–640 meters per minute, depending on yarn fineness and specifications as well as whether the yarn is white or colored. This design guarantees long-term machine stability and extended component service life.

    9. Precision Winding: The aluminum alloy bobbin holder utilizes components identical to those of the YJ1000 model, ensuring high rigidity at higher speeds and ultimately guaranteeing precise formation of large-diameter bobbins.

    10. Human–Machine Interface: The electrical system employs variable-frequency drive control for AC asynchronous motors, with speed-sensing feedback and closed-loop drive throughout the entire machine, along with touch-screen operation, thereby simplifying the setting of process parameters.
