Adpot godet can reduce the energy consumption and improving the quality of the silk production stability and reduce the losses of the machine spare parts. 7.The deforming heater and setting heater adopt no touch biphenyl air heating, the computer controls the heating and temperature control.
The precision of temperature control is ±1ºC, assure every spindle’s temperature to be same. This is beneficial for even dying.
8.Spandex feeding device, thermal pounds, additional D1.2 godet, online tension device etc. are optional.
9.The machine has the features of simple structure, reliable transmission ratio, low noise level and easy technological adjustment.

11.It has a fume exhaust system on both side, it can eject the fume in producing.
Technical Requirements
1.The ground base should be poured by concrete. The thickness should be more than 20cm.
2.The height deviation of longitudinal ground should be less than 15mm, the cross should be less than 8mm. The head is higher than tail.
