Vehicle Speed: The designed mechanical winding speed is 700 meters per minute, with the actual process speed ranging from approximately 580 to 650 meters per minute, depending on the thickness and specifications of the raw material, as well as whether it’s white filament or colored filament. Since the winding bobbin housing uses components that are identical to those of the YJ1000, the machine’s long-term stability and the service life of its parts are fully guaranteed.
This machine addresses the issue where, when processing coarse (or fine) denier filaments (such as 75D/300D/450D), the actual operating speed of conventional small elastic‑winding machines failed to reach a speed that offered cost advantages, thereby achieving the optimal cost‑benefit range.

High-Speed Unwinding: The winding system employs the process data model algorithm used in the YJ1000 large machine, combined with the company’s many years of deep expertise in small false-twist texturing machine processes and taking into account the usage habits of small false‑twist texturing machine customers, resulting in an optimized design. It can ensure smooth, unimpeded unwinding even at high speeds.
